  6. Stencil of Motor No. and Chassis No. from LTO (2 sets)
  7. CTC and TIN and 2 valid ID's
BUYER
1.  Original CTC, TIN No. and 2 valid ID's
2.  If borrower is employed, with business, seaman or
     doctor, proof of income and usual requirements apply.

Check (PDC)
INTEREST RATE (Add-On) : 2.5% (models 2000-up)
2.75% (models 1991-99 and
